How we work:

1. Fill out the "Client Profile" . Submit it online, by email or fax it to us. If you prefer, you can speak directly with one of our concierge consultants at 804-796-9464.

2. Our consultant will contact you to determine the best solution for your needs.

3. You have the option to use our services on a monthly basis or an a-la-carte basis. You can always move to a monthly membership once you find our services are indispensable!

As we complete your task, your consultant will stay in contact with you. You can also request to have progress reports emailed to you. We are never more than a phone call away. Your questions and comments are always welcome.

Payment for service is due upon completion of your project. For members, hours will be deducted from your monthly membership account.
